Pre-owned watches come with a 3 day inspection return period (see statement below)  and a 30 day warranty unless otherwise noted.   Watches are sold on a first come first serve basis and are subject to prior sale or disposition.  NIB watches with Papers are normally sold with an International Warranty (unless otherwise stated).  All new watches are new with box, papers and International Warranty.  This Warranty does not include any damage done to the watch nor are batteries included in this warranty.  ModernWatches.net  is not an official dealer for any brand.

When you order online from us you are ordering from a secure site.  When you click on a Purchase Button you will be taken to PayPal where your order will be processed securely.

The purpose of a three day inspection period is to allow the purchaser to verify that the condition of a watch is as advertised.  It is not for the purpose of seeing if you like a particular brand, model or style.  It is assumed that the purchaser is already familiar with the brand, model and style of the watch.

NIB watches are sold as New in Box and cannot be returned for credit if they are worn or the factory packing is removed.

All prices are exclusive of shipping and insurance charges and will be quoted upon checkout.  Shipping is via USPS Express Mail with insurance.  If you would like us to ship using another carrier, please email us for a quote before using the PayPal checkout feature

When shipping international we are not responsible for any delays caused by that particular Country's Customs Departments.  Once the item leaves the USA via USPS it is under the control of the particular Country's Customs Bureau.  We are also not responsible for any Customs Taxes, Value Added Taxes or any other taxes.  These are the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Because of certain abuses which makes it unfair to prospective buyers, we will only mark a watch on "HOLD" if we receive a 10% non-refundable deposit , otherwise sales are on a "first come first serve" basis with regards to payment.

Due to the increasing amount of International Credit Card Fraud, we must ask that all Foreign Orders be accompanied by a suitable form of Photo Identification.  This can be a Driver's License, Passport, etc.  We will not accept orders from Indonesia, Bulgaria or Russia.
